This architecture offers baseline communication for up to 200 users with a single repeater. It provides wide-area coverage by utilizing a pair of 12.5kHz channels, which are divided into two independent timeslots, offering two voice or data channels. The system supports Dynamic Mixed Mode, allowing the repeater to switch between analog and digital based on the call received, ensuring seamless communication. It can also be enhanced with Extended Range Direct Mode for improved performance.
IP Site Connect enables interconnection of up to 15 MOTOTRBO repeaters, extending coverage for up to 200 users across multiple sites, whether adjacent or geographically distant. It uses an IPv4 network for direct interconnection between repeaters without the need for additional hardware, aside from network devices like routers. The system's capacity remains similar to that of a single digital repeater, with support for multi-band use on a single site. For enhanced security, traffic is authenticated, and VPNs are supported.
Capacity Plus is a trunked system designed available in configurations for single or multi-site use, supporting up to 15 interconnected sites and up to 1,600 users per site. Each site can handle up to 8 trunked voice and data repeaters. The system uses dynamic trunking, where radios start on a rest channel and switch to an available channel for active calls, eliminating the need for a dedicated control channel. With no centralized controller, it’s highly fault-tolerant, automatically detecting and reconfiguring in case of failures to maintain operation with reduced capacity.
Capacity Max is an advanced trunking solution designed for large-scale, multi-site deployments, offering enhanced control and scalability. It uses a dedicated control channel at each site and is centrally managed by a server, with optional redundancy.
