This initiative serves as a bridge to connect service members with employers who have been granted industry partner status, facilitating a seamless transition from military service to a rewarding civilian career.

This invaluable initiative offers military service members the opportunity to gain industry experience during the last 180 days of their service. By participating in the program, transitioning personnel can participate in internships or apprenticeships with organizations that allow them to apply their military-acquired skills to real-world civilian scenarios. It’s a win-win situation where companies benefit from the unique attributes of military professionals, and service members gain hands-on experience that enhances their post-military employability.
