SPARTANBURG, SC – August 24, 2026 – Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA), a national leader in integrated communication, connectivity, and security solutions, today announced its acquisition of AVC Inc., dba Arkansas Valley Communications, a Motorola Premier Partner with more than 50 years of experience providing two-way radio solutions and service across Arkansas.
Headquartered in Russellville, Arkansas, AVC operates five locations across the state, including North Little Rock, Jonesboro, Fayetteville, Fort Smith, and Russellville. The acquisition strengthens MCA’s existing presence in the state, growing its Arkansas service network from three to eight locations.

As Motorola’s largest warranty service dealer in the Arkansas region, AVC brings established technical expertise and a service-focused organization to MCA’s national network. More than half of AVC’s team members work in service roles, expanding MCA’s capacity to provide local technical support, maintenance, and lifecycle services statewide.
