The platform also includes interactive tools that can measure area and distance using address and search tools, bringing GIS data to the forefront of decision-making and speeding up response times.

Dispatchers are also able to provide first responders with reliable, up-to-date information on wireless callers by better tracking their movements and displaying a confidence zone of their locations. The solution utilizes new and powerful Esri technology, providing a future-proof solution and smart investment.

Access undeniable data to enhance the efficiency of your center. VESTA 9-1-1 enables advanced search and filtering for incident reconstruction and includes an Integrated Scenario Management System. It also offers an optional business intelligence solution for customized data views.

VESTA 9-1-1 also provides KPIs tailored to the emergency call center and a real-time event list that automatically associates events with related detailed information. The platform is easy to access and maintain, with a highly secure, browser-based application and best-in-class software. 

Moreover, the system displays critical PSAP Information on the VESTA Analytics Dashboard, which allows for trend analysis of call count, call answer times, average wait time, and agent availability.

Operations Control

VESTA 9-1-1’s Network and Security Operations Center provides a comprehensive suite of offerings, including proactive monitoring of key systems to mitigate risks, virus protection that automatically optimizes system security, patch management, software compliance and system security at all times, and disaster recovery with automatic data saves and real-time snapshots of all remotely monitored systems to a separate backup system.


The integrated Text-to-9-1-1 solution helps minimize change, reduce disruption, and simplify learning. Users can seamlessly switch between active voice and SMS sessions. It supports pre-configured messages and routes SMS calls via the Policy-based Routing Function (PRF).

The platform integrates with VESTA Analytics and VESTA Map Local, enabling the location display of SMS calls. It also offers configurable waiting times and the ability to manage up to 10 active text sessions
