With over 20 years of experience leading and scaling global revenue organizations, Nikols brings a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on operational leadership. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Enterprise, Americas at Verizon Business, following senior leadership roles at HP, Polycom, and NCR Corporation. His track record includes launching and scaling outcome-based “as-a-service” models, leading global managed services teams, and transforming commercial functions at Fortune 500 technology firms.
In this role, Nikols will oversee all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives. He will spearhead MCA’s comprehensive go-to-market strategy, focusing on building a high-performing, customer-centric commercial organization. His appointment includes developing and executing strategic initiatives that align commercial operations with customer needs, driving measurable business outcomes, and establishing best-in-class processes that prioritize customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
