ALLY Incident Management to Reach End-of-Life

ALLY Incident Management Reaches End-of-Life: What MCA Customers Need to Know

Motorola Solutions has announced the retirement of its ALLY Incident Management platform, signaling a shift in its approach to incident response for enterprise customers. The official end-of-sale date for ALLY is set for July 1, 2025, with Noggin identified as the successor platform for future incident management needs.

What’s Changing?

The ALLY platform, known for its ability to streamline incident tracking, dispatch, and reporting, will no longer be available for sale after June 30, 2025. Existing quotes issued before this date will remain valid through their quoted life span, and Motorola will honor the full duration of current contracts. However, renewal of ALLY subscriptions will require explicit approval.

The following products will be impacted:

  • Ally Security Subscriptions
  • Clery Reporting Modules
  • Orchestrate Connection
  • Mass Notification Subscriptions
  • Ally Admin and Onsite Training Sessions

Introducing Noggin: The Next-Generation Platform

As Motorola Solutions sunsets ALLY, it is transitioning to Noggin, a modern, cloud-native platform designed for managing operational risk, business continuity, crisis events, and security operations. Noggin’s innovative tools help organizations prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptions with enhanced clarity and confidence.

Key benefits of Noggin include:

What This Means for MCA Customers
